Questions, answered.
What procurement and logistics teams ask before they order.
Still have questions? Talk to usYes. Our wooden packaging is heat-treated under a KEPHIS-accredited process and meets ISPM-15, the international phytosanitary standard for wood packaging. Every treated pallet carries our IPPC registration mark, IPPC-KE-013.
Heat treatment eliminates pests and fungi from the timber, which international trade requires under ISPM-15. Untreated wood packaging can be held or rejected at customs — heat-treated pallets clear phytosanitary inspection.
Wooden pallets are cost-effective, repairable, recyclable and ideal for one-way export. Plastic pallets are hygienic, mould- and germ-free, cold-storage ready, rackable and ISPM-15 exempt — a better fit for closed-loop, food, pharma or long-term use.
